Follow these steps to solve the problem:
1- Right click on MY COMPUTER icon available on your desktop or within Start menu, then select from the list the order “Mange”.
2- Within the window that will be opened select “Services &, Applications” then expand it (click on + sign next to it).
3- Click on “Services” part and not how the content of the next window will differ, as it will display all available services.
4- Select among those services “SuperProServer” and right click on it, then press on the order “Start” from the list if this order was active. If not, press on the order “Stop” then “Start”.
5- Reopen Al-Ameen.
