Terms and Conditions for Using alameensoft's Services

Article One: Definitions

In this agreement, each of the following terms and expressions shall have the meaning assigned to it below, unless the context indicates otherwise:

  • The Company: alameensoft, a joint stock company, headquartered on the 13th floor of Business Tower – Al Majaz 2, Corniche Street – Office 1303 – next to the National Bank of Fujairah – Sharjah – United Arab Emirates.
  • The Client: Any individual or legal entity that uses the services of the company, whether a natural person or a juridical entity.
  • Services: Includes all offerings provided by the company to the client, including but not limited to: accounting solutions, ERP systems, technical support, training, and updates.
  • Website: The company’s official website at https://alameensoft.com/ae/en/

Article Two: Scope of Services

The company provides the client with the services specified in the contract signed between both parties, or as outlined in any supplementary agreement.

Article Three: Service Fees

  1. Service Pricing: The prices of the services are defined in the contract between the two parties and may be adjusted by the company with prior notice to the client.
  2. Payment Method: Payment for the services shall be made according to the method specified in the contract, which may include upfront payment, or monthly or yearly installments.

Article Four: Intellectual Property Rights

  1. Intellectual Property Rights: All intellectual property rights related to the provided services and solutions shall remain the exclusive property of the company.
  2. Usage License: The company grants the client a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the services in accordance with the terms outlined in this agreement.

Article Five: Client Responsibilities

  1. Accurate Information: The client is responsible for providing the company with complete and accurate information.
  2. Data Protection: The client agrees to safeguard the confidentiality of their login credentials and refrain from sharing them with any third party.

Article Six: Company Responsibility

  1. Service Quality: The company strives to deliver high-quality services but does not guarantee the absence of errors or service interruptions.
  2. Force Majeure: The company shall not be held liable for any delays or failure in service delivery due to circumstances beyond its control, such as wars or natural disasters.

Article Seven: Privacy

The company is committed to protecting the client’s data privacy in accordance with the privacy policy published on its official website.

Article Eight: Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from this agreement shall be referred to the competent governmental authority.
