Terms and Conditions of Use of alameensoft Services

Article I: Definitions

In this Contract, the following words and phrases shall have the meanings ascribed to them below, unless the context indicates otherwise:

  • The company: alameensoft, an Egyptian joint stock company, headquartered at 7 Al Morshedy Street, Basateen.
  • Client: Any person or legal entity that uses the Company’s services, whether a natural or legal person.
  • Services: Includes all services provided by the Company to the Client, including but not limited to: Accounting software, ERP systems, technical support, training, and upgrades.

Article II: Scope of Services

The Company shall provide the Client with the services specified in the contract between the parties, or as described in any additional agreement.

Article III: Service fees

  1. Prices for services: The prices of the Services are specified in the contract between the parties, and are subject to modification by the Company with prior notice to the Client.
  2. Payment method: Payment for services is made according to the method agreed upon in the contract, which may include prepayment, monthly or annual payment.

Article IV: Intellectual Property Rights

  1. Proprietary rights: All intellectual property rights related to the services and programs provided remain the exclusive property of the Company.
  2. License to use: The Company grants to the Customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services in accordance with the terms of this Contract.

Article V: Responsibilities of the client

  1. Accurate data: It is the Client’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete information to the Company.
  2. Data protection: The customer undertakes to protect the confidentiality of his/her login data and not to share it with any third party.

Article VI: Responsibility of the company

  1. Quality of services: The company does its best to provide high-quality services, but does not guarantee that there will be no errors or interruptions in service.
  2. Force majeure: The company is not responsible for any delays or non-performance of services due to causes beyond its control such as wars and natural disasters.

Article VII: Privacy

The company is committed to protecting the privacy of customer data in accordance with the privacy policy published on its website.

Article VIII: Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from this contract shall be referred to the competent Egyptian courts.
