<\/strong><\/p><p data-sourcepos=\"9:1-9:111\">In this Contract, the following words and phrases shall have the meanings ascribed to them below, unless the context indicates otherwise:  <\/p><ul data-sourcepos=\"11:1-15:0\"><li data-sourcepos=\"11:1-11:71\"><strong>The company:<\/strong> alameensoft, an Egyptian joint stock company, headquartered at 7 Al Morshedy Street, Basateen.  <\/li><li data-sourcepos=\"12:1-12:93\"><strong>Client:<\/strong> Any person or legal entity that uses the Company&#8217;s services, whether a natural or legal person. <\/li><li data-sourcepos=\"13:1-13:150\"><strong>Services:<\/strong> Includes all services provided by the Company to the Client, including but not limited to: Accounting software, ERP systems, technical support, training, and upgrades.     <\/li><li data-sourcepos=\"14:1-15:0\"><strong>Website<\/strong>: Company website <a href=\"https:\/\/alameensoft.com\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/alameensoft.com<\/a><\/li><\/ul><p data-sourcepos=\"16:1-16:32\"><strong>Article II: Scope of Services <\/strong><\/p><p data-sourcepos=\"18:1-18:100\">The Company shall provide the Client with the services specified in the contract between the parties, or as described in any additional agreement. <\/p><p data-sourcepos=\"20:1-20:31\"><strong>Article III: Service fees <\/strong><\/p><ol data-sourcepos=\"22:1-24:0\"><li data-sourcepos=\"22:1-22:122\"><strong>Prices for services:<\/strong> The prices of the Services are specified in the contract between the parties, and are subject to modification by the Company with prior notice to the Client. <\/li><li data-sourcepos=\"23:1-24:0\"><strong>Payment method:<\/strong> Payment for services is made according to the method agreed upon in the contract, which may include prepayment, monthly or annual payment. <\/li><\/ol><p data-sourcepos=\"25:1-25:40\"><strong>Article IV: Intellectual Property Rights <\/strong><\/p><ol data-sourcepos=\"27:1-29:0\"><li data-sourcepos=\"27:1-27:109\"><strong>Proprietary rights:<\/strong> All intellectual property rights related to the services and programs provided remain the exclusive property of the Company.<\/li><li data-sourcepos=\"28:1-29:0\"><strong>License to use:<\/strong> The Company grants to the Customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services in accordance with the terms of this Contract.<\/li><\/ol><p data-sourcepos=\"30:1-30:35\"><strong>Article V: Responsibilities of the client <\/strong><\/p><ol data-sourcepos=\"32:1-34:0\"><li data-sourcepos=\"32:1-32:77\"><strong>Accurate data:<\/strong> It is the Client&#8217;s responsibility to provide accurate and complete information to the Company.<\/li><li data-sourcepos=\"33:1-34:0\"><strong>Data protection:<\/strong> The customer undertakes to protect the confidentiality of his\/her login data and not to share it with any third party.<\/li><\/ol><p data-sourcepos=\"35:1-35:34\"><strong>Article VI: Responsibility of the company <\/strong><\/p><ol data-sourcepos=\"37:1-39:0\"><li data-sourcepos=\"37:1-37:125\"><strong>Quality of services:<\/strong> The company does its best to provide high-quality services, but does not guarantee that there will be no errors or interruptions in service. <\/li><li data-sourcepos=\"38:1-39:0\"><strong>Force majeure:<\/strong> The company is not responsible for any delays or non-performance of services due to causes beyond its control such as wars and natural disasters.<\/li><\/ol><p data-sourcepos=\"40:1-40:28\"><strong>Article VII: Privacy <\/strong><\/p><p data-sourcepos=\"42:1-42:94\">The company is committed to protecting the privacy of customer data in accordance with the <a href=\"https:\/\/alameensoft.com\/en\/privacy-policy\/\">privacy policy<\/a> published on its website.<\/p><p data-sourcepos=\"44:1-44:31\"><strong>Article VIII: Dispute Resolution <\/strong><\/p><p data-sourcepos=\"46:1-46:59\">Any dispute arising from this contract shall be referred to the competent Egyptian courts.<\/p><p data-sourcepos=\"48:1-48:33\">
