Groups of Forms

Create your lists of workstations such as branches and activities and relate them with the forms you use in them from invoices, vouchers, commercial papers, and orders. This will save you a lot of time trying to tick them one by one in your reports for example.

  • If you have a lot of invoices and vouchers forms (you have 100 branches for example and each of them has its unique set of vouchers, sales, and sales returns invoices types), it turns out that ticking a specific branch’s forms is a tedious task. Thus, “group of forms” features can help you to tick the needed forms with one step and prevent mistakes.
  • You can create various types of groups and sub groups to have a multi-echelon reports and inquiries such as: “eastern area sales, export sales, wholesales, etc.
