<\/p><ul data-sourcepos=\"11:1-15:0\"><li data-sourcepos=\"11:1-11:71\"><strong>The Company:<\/strong> alameensoft, a joint stock company, headquartered on the 13th floor of Business Tower \u2013 Al Majaz 2, Corniche Street \u2013 Office 1303 \u2013 next to the National Bank of Fujairah \u2013 Sharjah \u2013 United Arab Emirates.    <\/li><li data-sourcepos=\"12:1-12:93\"><strong>The Client:<\/strong> Any individual or legal entity that uses the services of the company, whether a natural person or a juridical entity. <\/li><li data-sourcepos=\"13:1-13:150\"><strong>Services:<\/strong> Includes all offerings provided by the company to the client, including but not limited to: accounting solutions, ERP systems, technical support, training, and updates.     <\/li><li data-sourcepos=\"14:1-15:0\"><strong>Website:<\/strong> The company&#8217;s official website at <a href=\"https:\/\/alameensoft.com\/ae\/en\/\">https:\/\/alameensoft.com\/ae\/en\/<\/a><\/li><\/ul><p data-sourcepos=\"16:1-16:32\"><strong>Article Two: Scope of Services <\/strong><\/p><p data-sourcepos=\"18:1-18:100\">The company provides the client with the services specified in the contract signed between both parties, or as outlined in any supplementary agreement. <\/p><p data-sourcepos=\"20:1-20:31\"><strong>Article Three: Service Fees <\/strong><\/p><ol data-sourcepos=\"22:1-24:0\"><li data-sourcepos=\"22:1-22:122\"><strong>Service Pricing:<\/strong> The prices of the services are defined in the contract between the two parties and may be adjusted by the company with prior notice to the client. <\/li><li data-sourcepos=\"23:1-24:0\"><strong>Payment Method:<\/strong> Payment for the services shall be made according to the method specified in the contract, which may include upfront payment, or monthly or yearly installments. <\/li><\/ol><p data-sourcepos=\"25:1-25:40\"><strong>Article Four: Intellectual Property Rights <\/strong><\/p><ol data-sourcepos=\"27:1-29:0\"><li data-sourcepos=\"27:1-27:109\"><strong>Intellectual Property Rights:<\/strong> All intellectual property rights related to the provided services and solutions shall remain the exclusive property of the company.<\/li><li data-sourcepos=\"28:1-29:0\"><strong>Usage License:<\/strong> The company grants the client a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the services in accordance with the terms outlined in this agreement.<\/li><\/ol><p data-sourcepos=\"30:1-30:35\"><strong>Article Five: Client Responsibilities <\/strong><\/p><ol data-sourcepos=\"32:1-34:0\"><li data-sourcepos=\"32:1-32:77\"><strong>Accurate Information:<\/strong> The client is responsible for providing the company with complete and accurate information.<\/li><li data-sourcepos=\"33:1-34:0\"><strong>Data Protection:<\/strong> The client agrees to safeguard the confidentiality of their login credentials and refrain from sharing them with any third party.<\/li><\/ol><p data-sourcepos=\"35:1-35:34\"><strong>Article Six: Company Responsibility <\/strong><\/p><ol data-sourcepos=\"37:1-39:0\"><li data-sourcepos=\"37:1-37:125\"><strong>Service Quality:<\/strong> The company strives to deliver high-quality services but does not guarantee the absence of errors or service interruptions. <\/li><li data-sourcepos=\"38:1-39:0\"><strong>Force Majeure:<\/strong> The company shall not be held liable for any delays or failure in service delivery due to circumstances beyond its control, such as wars or natural disasters.<\/li><\/ol><p data-sourcepos=\"40:1-40:28\"><strong>Article Seven: Privacy <\/strong><\/p><p data-sourcepos=\"42:1-42:94\">The company is committed to protecting the client&#8217;s data privacy in accordance with the <a href=\"https:\/\/alameensoft.com\/ae\/en\/privacy-policy\/\">privacy policy<\/a> published on its official website.<\/p><p data-sourcepos=\"44:1-44:31\"><strong>Article Eight: Dispute Resolution <\/strong><\/p><p data-sourcepos=\"46:1-46:59\">Any dispute arising from
