Thursday 20/10/2011, SyrianSoft passed the preparatory test (Pre-Appraisal) to benchmark CMMI ML3 Certificate (Capability Maturity Model Integration Maturity Level 3)
It was early Sunday morning 16/10/2011 when the appraisal team began its work. The team was led by Eng. Ahmad Abdul Aziz from SECC (Software Engineering Competence Center) from Egypt. Appraisal covered all programming projects that are currently running, process improvement projects and organizational training projects.
For whole five days, organization activities and documents were evaluated; and most of the employees were interviewed by the pre-appraisal team to ensure adherence of SyrianSoft activities to CMMI standards.
At the end of the pre-appraisal, Eng. Ahmad Abdul Aziz forwarded an appreciation message to Programming Department Manager Eng. Ali Sa’ad Eddeen, thanking him for taking major role in the success of the CMMI applying project in the organization, and for the preparations made to facilitate appraisal process. He also demonstrated pre-appraisal results which reflected the satisfaction and admiration of all appraisal team members regarding the process in the organization. He finally concluded by declaring that SyrianSoft is qualified to undergo the final appraisal to get CMMI ML3 certificate.
